2. Select a Condominium unit.
3. Complete and sign a Reservation Agreement (deposit of $5000 is required).
4. Your sales representative will put you in contact with the attorneys at Panama Offshore Legal Services (www.panama-offshore-services.com) for coordinating the closing documents and escrow of funds with Panama Title & Escrow (www.panamatitle.com) .
